I have never been as inspired or committed as I have been with Jen’s Pilates instruction. Nor have been in better shape or had more strength. Jen and Pilates on J is all about excellence—what she brings to her classes and what she brings out in her students.
After I had my 2nd baby, I was feeling weak and out of shape. Jen Howard is an incredible instructor and motivator. In just a few months, I have more energy than I’ve had in a long time. I like the changes I see in my body and I look forward to my workouts every week.
I tried 3 or 4 local Pilates studios before thankfully finding Pilates On J. Top equipment, amazing instruction, and wow, has it taken my Pilates to a whole new level!

It is amazing how Pilates has helped me really know and understand my body. With the ‘core’ always present it is fantastic how it helps everything – especially my strength and endurance.
